Our family stayed in the Villa cottage for a week this past summer. It was our first time visiting Crystsl Acres, we enjoyed it very much. Sue was very welcoming when we arrived, showing us around, explaining all the great activities they had to offer. We kayaked, used the paddle boat, a ton of rafts to choose from, fire pit to make s'mores, gas grill, there was so much to do. The cottage was very clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed. Our 5 year old grandson had so much fun there, he is still talking about our time there.
Thanks for providing our family with the perfect spot for our extended family over Labor Day weekend. They look forward to beautiful views and the tranquil setting this part of Crystal Lake provides. Everything is clean and tidy and the beach is lovely. Love using the canoes too!
Hi Art and Sue,
I dream about the Villa all year long. Just so cozy, and the fact that it's a hop, skip and maybe not even a jump away from the most beautiful sandy bottom lake on a sweet little beach with Adirondak chairs and all the floats you could hope for, makes it a dream come true. Gilmanton Iron Works is like days gone by. Can't wait to see you this summer. Sophie-pooch says hi, too.

Dear Art and Sue,
You live in Paradise! Our stay at Crystal Acres was the best vacation our family has ever had. We thoroughly enjoyed the lake, the attractions nearby and the slow peaceful piece of life in Gilmanton. We also thoroughly enjoyed your warmth and kindness. We will cherish this week for the rest of our lives and are already making plans for a return trip in 2014.
